How to Make the Best Tea

Posted on: January 3rd, 2014 by admin No Comments

There is nothing quite like a good cup of tea. A cuppa, a brew, a cup of rosy, a mug of char helps us get through the day. The first thing we do when seeing friends, family or a colleague is to utter those wonderful words: “Fancy a cuppa?”

We love it so much that on average the British drink 165 million cups of tea every day – that’s 60.2 billion cups per year! That’s no surprise to us. Tea is important socially, economically and is even good for us. The antioxidants have their own health benefits and an average brew with semi-skimmed milk is only 14 calories. We love tea here at Aquatec and want to share some tips on how to make the best tea.
