This filter pack will be sent to you for DIY replacement. If you prefer you can call our service desk on 0117 910 9988 and arrange for one of our engineers to visit and change the filters for you (this does incur an additional visit cost).

This annual service filter set is designed to meet normal usage of up to 1,800 litres of purified drinking water. When the filters are exhausted you will notice a significant drop in flow from your drinking system.

When this happens you either require an annual service or an intermittent filter set to reactivate your K5 Pure+ drinking water system and ensure your water is treated to the highest possible standards.
