The Pure Water People Limited provide credit broker services to customers purchasing our water purification systems in the UK.
Currently, The Pure Water People Limited and Shawbrook jointly determine the purposes and means of processing personal customer data relating to providing credit brokering services. This means we are joint data controllers for these core activities and therefore responsible for managing this customer data and ensuring compliance.
However, The Pure Water People Limited is solely responsible for some activities, for example any direct marketing that we undertake.
